Terms and Conditions of use

The Council of Atlantic Premiers (CAP) maintains a website currently located at www.rightthefuture.ca, which may provide data, activities, contests and health, nutritional, and educational information, as well as information related to the Council of Atlantic Premiers’ health and wellness initiative, hereinafter known as the “content”.

These Terms and Conditions apply to rightthefuture.ca. By accessing or using rightthefuture.ca you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, your only recourse is to not access or use rightthefuture.ca.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Provinces of New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island and the applicable laws of Canada and these laws apply to the use of this website or the content provided by you, notwithstanding your domicile, residency or physical location. Our website and the content are intended for use only in jurisdictions where they may lawfully be offered for use.

General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions, including any documents referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between the Council of Atlantic Premiers and you pertaining to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and the Council of Atlantic Premiers with respect to rightthefuture.ca website.
